This Policy form part of Agrobint Terms and Conditions and applies to the information obtained by us through your use of the Site, https://www.agrobint.com. and all products and services offered by Agrobint.

If you do not agree with this Policy, your choice is not to use agrobint.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Policy.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Agrobint is the controller of any personal data collected from you on the Site, through the Services, or otherwise for the purpose of conducting or developing our business with customers and partners. For the purposes of this Policy, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
Personal information we collect from our site users
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your age, sex, full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, country/state, date of birth, Skype, Postal/zip, gender, tax id, passport data or other details. We may require official confirmation of every information, as a scan of passport etc.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our Site or use our Services, our server may automatically collects certain browser or device generated information, including but not limited to: your domain; your IP address; your date, time and duration of your visit; your browser type; your operating system; your page visits; information from third parties; other information about your computer or device; Your "IP Address" is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user visits the Site, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited.

Security - How we protect your information?
We take great care in maintaining the security of the Site and your information and in preventing unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or damage to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Our payment processors maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) with respect to payment by credit cards. In addition, we contractually ensure that any third party processing your personal information equally provide for confidentiality and integrity of your data in a secure way. Users who have registered on the Site agree to keep their password in strict confidence and not disclose such password to any third party.
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained in secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Marketing Emails / Newsletters
